Here Connexus reports on the CEO survey’s findings and, through interviews with four leading mutual chief executives, explores the industry’s mindset as it prepares for the year ahead. Rising to challenges The CEOs identified a raft of industry challenges, with 41 per cent of respondents identifying funding pressures as the most important issue, slightly ahead of acquiring new business at 38.5 per cent. Staffing and human resources concerns, along with branding issues, are considered the least important matters.
